Clase Marine Group AB acquires Cordland Marine AB

Clase Marine Group AB acquires Cordland Marine AB. Behind the company Clase Marine Group AB is Gunnar Jansson, CEO of CA Clase Marinelektronik AB and Leftinger & Johansson AB with Per Leftinger and Patrik Johansson. Leftinger & johansson AB acquired CA Clase Invest AB four months ago and now conducts the transaction with Cordland Marin AB in line with the strategic plan.

The transaction was made 2018-01-31 after an efficient process where sellers and buyers had a clear and common target.

Cordland Marine AB has for over 20 years offered high quality electronic marine communication equipment with maintenance, installation and airtime (satellite traffic). The company operates in satellite and radio communications and has 5 employees in Åsa, Sweden. Cordland Marine AB, together with CA Clase Marinelektronik AB, will offer our customers an even more complete offer and extended service.

The new owners will develop and refine the 20-year history of the company, where it is important to take good care of the staff's knowledge and experience and to continue developing existing business areas. The new owners also see a future where the company is complemented by closely related services or products. There may also be additional acquisitions for the group

The goal and ambition of the new owners is to create growth and synergy in the companies, thus providing customers with wider service offerings and a larger product portfolio with reference in the companies long-standing history, and from there to be able to take the companies into the future.
