New Zealand  are strong favourites at 1.08 with Expekt to beat France in their crucial Pool A encounter but could les Bleus, who are highly priced outsiders at seven times the money,  repeat their heroics of the 1999 and 2007 and pull of yet another World Cup shock against the All Blacks.
