We are looking for a UX–Strategist!

We believe that spending time to find available meeting rooms, office spaces, colleagues or equipment contributes to unnecessary irritation. We also believe that the broken printer and coffee machines irritates the employees. With our products and services, companies and their employees can be more efficient thus gain time to focus on their core business.

As a UX strategist at Flowscape you are the one who represents the end customer and the user in our software development projects. You have the ability to listen to the end-users and mediate how their interest can be taken care of during the development process.

What you’ll do?

The daily work is very varied and include:

• User tests and interviews
• Verification of end-user experience
• Workshops
• Personas
• Concept development
• Prototyping and interaction flows
• Storyboards and creative new services, ideas and strategies

Your experience, knowledge and education

• You have high communication skills and can explain your ideas for a project team.
• You have deep knowledge of user-centered interaction design.
• You have extensive experience in leading workshops.
• You are able to structure, document and present your deliveries.
• You can work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadline.
• You have a university education in computer science.

Who you are?

As a person we believe you are responsive to customer needs and creative and methodical. You have a commercial approach and are a good communicator and good at selling ideas. You are curious, brave, motivated and humble.

We believe that you worked with UX design for several years, probably often as a consultant. The most important thing is not exactly the path you have taken, but where you are going!
