2012-01-03 12:17 Transplantation related research is being organised in a completely new way within Transplantation Biology & Regenerative Medicine at the Transplantation Centre at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Göteborg. The new concept is based on the purpose of transferring knowledge from research to patient as quickly as possible. The center now moves to Sahlgrenska Science Park offering ideal premises.

He has also been elected honorary member of the British Society for Specialist Prosthodontic Disciplines. Prof. Albrektsson is Head of the Department of Biomaterials at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
