Agile People Sweden Conference 2014-09-25

Agile People Sweden is the innovative conference that wants to challenge HR and leadership and inspire to continuous improvement using agile values. The aim is to inspire, equip, and connect participants to create more agile organizations that are better adapted for today’s fast-changing world. Mingle with the most innovative companies and become inspired by world renowned speakers on September 25th at Meeting Room in Stockholm!

New for this year is a world café setting with plenty of room for discussion and knowledge sharing, a panel discussion, and speakers´corner with shorter 15 minutes sessions.

HR guru and keynote speaker Joris Luijke (VP of People at Squarespace) will share cutting-edge experiences of talent and culture as the key drivers of future success. Joris has received multiple awards and nominations for his innovative HR work at the Australian software company Atlassian. But it doesn´t end there – our second keynote speaker is Jurgen Appelo, writer of “Management 3.0” and one of the top 50 most popular leadership and management experts in the world! In the panel discussion progressive thinkers like Cecilia Westerholm Beer, Head of HR at Cybercom, Andreas Werr, professor at Stockholm School of Economics and Katarina Berg from Spotify will discuss what the future organization will look like. During the speakers´ corner session you can choose from different shorter storytelling sessions where our speakers like Matti Klasson from King and Boel Sjöstrand, COO of Netlight will share their knowledge and experiences. The conference ends with an “After Conference” mingle with our very own Agile Ale – the perfect round off.

The heart of Agile People Sweden is all the participants and what we create together during the conference day. The interaction by sharing thoughts, input and ideas is key to an inspiring and successful conference.
