Paris’s hottest restaurant is moving in at HTL for a day

HTL Kungsgatan will, together with POPupSTHLM, during 24 hours offer the talked about restaurant concept HERO, a playful food experience from Paris, focusing on Korean street food and colourful cocktails. The guest performance will take place on November 14th and 15th and tickets are available now.

POPupSTHLM has since the start of their concept - to bring gastronomical experiences to Stockholm from all corners of the world - succeeded in creating appreciated events for the city’s high livers that require something different. Now it’s time again. In a collaboration with HTL Kungsgatan, the French Korean restaurant HERO will bring their world famous food to the Swedish capital, the Korean yandyeom: crispy fried chicken, covered in sweet and sour garlic sauce. The restaurant has been named one of the eleven hottest in Paris by the well regarded food site eater.com.



- We want to end this year in the best possible way, and what better way to do so than with a concept that serves genuine Korean flavours, fantastic fried chicken and delicious cocktails. HERO’s concept is greatly talked about and we’re so happy that for 24 hours get to bring this messy, colourful and tasteful experience to Stockholm, say Daniella Illerbrand and Elin Svartengren, POPupSTHLM.


Ett tasty collaboration
The Pop-Up-restaurant will take place at HTL Kungsgatan, a hotel that since its opening has arranged several different events, including everything from movie premieres to election nights and beer fairs.

HTL hotels is a hotel chain that, from the start, has seen a fast expansion on the Scandinavian market, and has recently seen two newly opened hotels in Oslo and a second

The dinner takes place at HTL Kungsgatan on November 14th, with a following cocktail bar. The day after, on Sunday November 15th, brunch is served.
