Humanium Metal by IM X #TOGETHERBAND

Humanium Metal By IM are pleased to announce a new collaboration with Bottletop - a sustainable accessories brand established in 2002, who has recently launched a campaign for their newest product #TOGETHERBAND.

Bottletop launches 17 different bracelets, each one representing one of the UN Global Development Goals. The product is made of various recycled materials, the rope from gathered and recycled plastic from the coasts of Costa Rica to help reduce ocean’ pollution. The clasp is made of Humanium Metal by IM, melted down seized illegal weapons in El Salvador that aim to reduce violence and the bracelets themselves are being assembled in Nepal creating job opportunities for the local communities.

100% of the profits from the bracelets will go to projects that will advance the 17 Global Goals, ultimately contribute to achieving a better world. Humanium Metal will invest their profit back in the affected areas from armed violence focusing on the 16th SDG of peace and inclusive societies.

A creative campaign was launched in April 2019 to raise public awareness toward the SDGs and inspire innovative action to achieve these Goals. A group of high-profile ambassadors from the fashion, music and film industry have been chosen to promote the campaign, including Doutzen Kroes and Michelle Yeoh.

Each purchase contains two bracelets, one to wear and one to share with someone special in order to help raise awareness toward the global development goals.
