KMT Robotic Solutions AB live with Microsoft Dynamics CRM from Infocube

Global leader in robotic flexible material waterjet cutting systems – KMT Robotic Solutions AB is now live with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Infocube project team has been working tightly integrated with KMT during the implementation. In total 46 users are live and the project now moves into next phase where the sales processes might be implemented in the system.

The implementation has been a XRM-project where we implemented a system for maintaining and supporting KMT’s machines and which customers they have been delivered to. KMT also handle claims and failure reports in Microsoft CRM, which helps them to get a full overview of the customers and suppliers. In order to get full control over their claims all service e-mails are integrated into CRM which makes it possible to escalate cases and automatic convert these e-mails into claims. This has been built in CRM workflows and have been possible through the unique flexible  architecture of Dynamics CRM
