PRESS TRIP; The Holon Design Museum´s new exhibition: an international premiere of the Japanese studio 'Nendo'

The Holon Design Museum outside Tel Aviv will be presenting a new exhibition: an international premiere of the Japanese studio 'Nendo'.

Studio 'Nendo' is a design office founded by Oki Sato who was nominated by Wallpaper Magazine as one of the world's top design names and influences.

The grand opening of the exhibition is planned for June 8TH2016.

We are offering up to 1-2 places from Sweden for hosting journalists, media. Dates for the press trip will be around the dates; 5-10 June 2016, for those interested we can also add in the press trip other subject such as the TLV fashion event (Ofir Lev's).

Studio 'Nendo' - an international premiere of the Japanese studio

Studio 'Nendo' is a design office founded by Oki Sato (born in Canada, 1977, M.A in Architecture, Waseda University, Tokyo)), who was nominated by Wallpaper Magazine as one of the world's top design names and influences.

The studio is active in a wide range of fields, including interior design, product design, and graphic design. Winner of many awards; Newsweek selected Sato for "The Top 100 Respected Japanese", and 'nendo' for "The Top 100 Small Global Companies". Last November Wallpaper rated the studio as #4 in its 2015 "Power List".

As mentioned above the exhibition opens in June 2016.

Design Museum Holon

Opened in March 2010 Design Museum Holon had quickly established itself as one of the world's leading museums of design and contemporary culture. Housed in an iconic building by the internationally acclaimed architect, Ron Arad, Design Museum Holon is a vital and dynamic resource for designers, creative industries, academies and the general public. Already in its inaugurating year the museum has received The Condé Nast Traveller Awards for Innovation and Design.
