New Keystone Advisers transaction: Nordkom divests Ottoboni
Nordkom has divested the business area Ottoboni to Nordic Morning Abp. Closing took place on 5 March 2015.
The purchase price amounts to a maximum of SEK 93 million of which SEK 68.2 million, on debt and cash free basis, has been paid in cash. The potential additional payment of maximum SEK 24.8 million is part of an earn-out structure and linked to Ottoboni's result for 2015.
Keystone Advisers acted as advisor to the seller Nordkom.
