Kilpatrick Townsend advises Sveafastigheter JV in an acquisition of Ibis hotel in Stockholm

STOCKHOLM 23 April 2012 – Kilpatrick Townsend advised the Nordic private equity group Sveafastigheter in an acquisition. Sveafastigheter has added its 17th hotel to its Fund III, the 190-room Ibis Stockholm Hägersten, from Pandox AB. Sveafastigheter is carrying out the transaction through its joint venture with hotel asset manager Midstar and Cologne-based hotel operating partner Event Holding. Kilpatrick Townsend’s team advising Sveafastigheter included Fredrik Ahlqvist, Fredrika Myhrman and Ólafur Steindórsson.
