Prominent sponsoring partners at Stockholm Cleantech Venture Day 2009

The sponsors, partners and the organisers are now cooperating intensely during the final preparations for Stockholm Cleantech Venture Day 2009. The mutual goal is to deliver an event that will impact the cleantech arena primarily in Scandinavia but also globally - with new investments to support growth and innovation in leading Scandinavian cleantech start-ups.

The main partners are Stockholm Business Region/Stockholm - Capital of Scandinavia, the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (Tillväxtverket), Innvationsbron, Kista Science City AB, World Wildlife Fund , (WWF) and VINNOVA. These organisations form a stable container for the exhibiting companies, and contribute strongly to the overall knowledge of growth driven businesses.

The sponsors are the Swedish Trade Council, Vasakronan, Vinge Lawyers, the Swedish Energy Agency, UK Trade & Investment, Swentec and PRV (Patent- och registreringsverket). These sponsors are selected for their experience and extensive resources, which provide important and specialised expertise in laws and regulations, international business networking and platforms to support the participating cleantech startups.

The event media partner is Metro Teknik, Sweden's leading technology news channel.
