The Inspiration Company acquires Leader Island – Our first step towards global expansion

The Nordic region's largest B2B gamification company The Inspiration Company (TIC) today has acquired large parts of Leader Island with the aim of strengthening its position in the Nordics and expanding internationally. Leader Island Like TIC has been a breakthrough by offering gamification to increase engagement and motivation among Nordic companies and organizations. Through the acquisition, TIC strengthens its position in the North and becomes a major player in gamification in Northern Europe with some thirty employees in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

TIC are specialists in Motivation and Loyalty Management and has established more than 100 programs since 1999 to engage employees and create motivated and loyal customers for their clients. Today, more than 50,000 participants are enrolled in our customers programs to increase loyalty and motivation, all delivering ROI with clear impact on commitment, growth and profitability!

Since its inception in 2017, Leader Island has focused on making knowledge sharing fun and productive by developing a revolutionary communication tool which was recently launched. Leader Island is a gamified work collaboration app with the aim to reduce email administration which enables companies and organizations to become more productive and engaged at work.
