Lexi participates in a consortium funded by Vinnova

Stockholm, Sweden, May 11, 2015 - VINNOVA, Sweden's Innovation Agency, awarded funding to a consortium, including Lexi Solution, in order to develop a sustainable production process resulting in a global reduction of alcohol-related fatal accidents.

Lexi will contribute with developing a supply chain toolset, including processes and production-related IT-system for Quality, Delivery Performance and Total Cost of key components.

This consortium wants to create sustainable and competitive production systems for a global market. This seems to require scalable and developmental production systems where both product and manufacturing come together in an innovative concept of production. Apart from Lexi, this consortium involves SenseAir, Autoliv, HåJa, HÖK, KTH, Mälardalens högskola and Syntronic that each has their role.
