MCI NORDICS WINS MCI CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD 2015

MCI Nordics, with offices in Sweden and Denmark and representatives in Norway and Finland, are proud to have won this prestigious award for excellent client service in 2015.

With a Net Promoter Score® of 77%, MCI Nordics outperformed all 60+ MCI offices this year.

MCI Nordics was especially recognized for the quality of its teams as a key driver of customer loyalty. The overall score of 77 is a higher score than some of the world’s best-loved brands, including Apple, who gained a score of 72 in their latest survey!

Inspired by the Net Promoter Score® methodology, MCI implemented a formal, systematic and proactive measurement process based on criteria that drive the customer experience working with MCI: quality of services, quality of relationship, right team, value for money and willingness to recommend.
