Sociala medier träff baserad på TEDTalks
Feb 17, 2009 08:00 CET

Ämne: Wanted: your TED story
Svara till: Lara Stein <lara@ted.com>
Thank you for your ongoing support of TED. We are about to embark on a grand new experiment, and hope you will help us with some advice. In the spirit of "ideas worth spreading," we are looking to take TED and the TEDTalks deeper into communities around the globe -- and we need your assistance.
Have you ever thought of holding your own TED-like event? Creating a salon or book club around TED content? We are collecting stories of people who have hosted any kind of group screening around the TEDTalks: a dinner party, brown-bag lunch, TED Tuesday at the office, a small salon at home or a larger screening. We also want stories from anyone who has used TEDTalks as a teaching tool in a classroom setting or university lecture hall.
If you have any stories (and photos) from events you've hosted using TEDTalks, we would love you to share them with us. If you have never hosted a TEDTalks gathering, consider doing so, and sharing the feedback with us.
We are going to use your feedback to shape TED's next big experiment -- to be announced soon!
Please send your stories of TEDTalk events you hosted or attended to:
lara@ted.com with the header "TED stories"
Please upload any images of your event to your flickr account and use flickr tags to tag them "TEDstories"
Please upload any videos of your event to your YouTube accounts and tag them "TEDstories"
Please know that we may use your images and video to help inspire others -- so don't post anything you wouldn't want the world to see. (We'd use your video and images under a Creative Commons license like the one we use for TEDTalks themselves -- details below.)
We look forward to hearing your story.
