Press release -

Luxury beachwear brand to open up first ever pop-up shop at Sweden’s biggest airport

Just in time for holiday season, Stockholm based fashion brand Miss Tunica, which focuses on beachwear in the form of beautifully cut tunics and body jewellery, is due to open its first ever offline shop in pop-up style at Arlanda airport.

Miss Tunica, which has been available online since 2015, will be offering holiday goers around 30 of its handpicked tunics in unique fabric combinations at the pop-up shop, as well as an impressive collection of statement accessories.

In contrast to the standard and simplistic Scandinavian style found on the high-street, Miss Tunica is due to take Sweden’s biggest airport by storm with its vibrant colours and decorative necklines, and the beach themed shop will most certainly not go unnoticed.

Anette Lefvert, CEO of Miss Tunica, says:
-“Being a small, private fashion company in a world of big chains and warehouses is a challenge, so being able to showcase our products at Arlanda airport during peak holiday season is a fantastic opportunity. We’ve worked hard to get to where we are today, and I believe this could be a real upswing for Miss Tunica.”

In time for the opening of the pop-up shop, which can be found in Terminal 5 between 1st June and 31st August, Miss Tunica has also taken on a new recruit to help increase the overall brand awareness. Maria Hagman, who has seven years of experience in fashion focused digital marketing from the UK, is joining Miss Tunica as a Web & Social Media Manager.

Miss Tunica is a lifestyle fashion brand that designs beautifully cut tunics and accessories in handpicked and unique fabric combinations. With their timeless style, the tunics offer the contemporary and versatile woman a chic look - in the most relaxing way.

Miss Tunica was inspired by the concept of promoting a woman’s creativity, individuality and personal style - on and beyond the beach. This is the premise for the brand’s entire collection.

Inspired by and respectful of the environment, Miss Tunica’s tunics reflect the wild beauty of the Mediterranean Sea and its shores. A mixture of graphic natural shapes with washes of bright colours, these timeless garments are at the very heart of the Miss Tunica brand.

Miss Tunica is not just a brand, but it’s also a style motto with a responsible approach to the products. It has a strong commitment to working only with partners that treat their workers fairly and humanely.
