Nederman acquires Lebon & Grimbair in the Netherlands – and

MOLL WENDÈN Law Firm has advised Nederman Holding AB in its acquisition on 5 January 2012 of Lebon & Gimbrair in the Netherlands with an annual turnover of approximately EUR 12 million and 53 employees. Nederman is one of the world's leading companies supplying products and services in the environmental technology sector focusing on industrial air filtration and recycling. Lebon & Grimbrair has been a distributor of Nederman products on the Dutch market for over 40 years.

This acquisition strengthens Nederman significantly and because the companies have a long history of good cooperation I expect that we will quickly achieve sales synergies, says Sven Kristensson, CEO and President Nederman in their press release.

About a year ago MOLL WENDÉN acted as legal counsel for Nederman as they sold Finnish Dantherm Filtration Oy to Indutrade Oy.

Nederman also buys the Nederman business of Havak Endüstri Tesisleri Tic. Ltd. Sti. in Turkey. Havak has for 20 years been a distributor of Nederman products on the Turkish market. The business was acquried on the 10th of January and the turn-over for 2011 was approx. 0.5 mio euro.   MOLL WENDÉN has acted as Nedermans' legal advisor also in this matter.

Mikael Karlsson was, together with Lovisa Elardt, responsible for the legal counseling by MOLL WENDÉN during both processes.
