Nederman sells Finnish Dantherm Filtration Oy to Indutrade Oy on 3 January 2011.

MOLL WENDÉN ADVOKATBYRÅ  has been legal advisor to Nederman in connection with Nederman's disposal of the Finnish air filtration company Danterm Filtration Oy to Indutrade Oy. Dantherm Filtration Oy has 12 employees and an annual turnover of approximately MEUR 3.

MOLL WENDÉN, through Mikael Karlsson and Lovisa Elardt, has assisted in the transaction as the seller's representative.
