Morakniv launches Full tang knife

During 2016, Morakniv will take knife development to the next level. We have designed a knife that will meet the long time wishes of our engaged and dedicated followers. We are proud to present Morakniv Garberg: the Morakniv full tang.
“We’ve put a lot of effort in the development and design process, to make as good as possible”, says Arvid Larsson, Project Manager and Design Engineer.
Morakniv Garberg is a powerful full tang knife designed to perform the toughest tasks it encounters. The 3.2mm (0.18") thick blade is made from high grade Swedish stainless steel, treated to make it even stronger and more durable. The blade has a Scandi-grind profile that makes it easy to keep sharp and a ground spine compatible with a fire starter. It’s delivered in a new, unique and vigorous black leather sheath. It will take your knife experiences to whole new levels.
It is the strongest and most robust knife we have ever made, dressed in a genuine Morakniv costume with our brand new signature high profile design. Of course, the blade is made from top quality Swedish Stainless steel, processed according to our own secret recipe. Morakniv Garberg is the ultimate knife for any Bushcrafter and we have made sure that it is ready to be challenged to the max.
During the official release at SHOT Show in Las Vegas, USA, representatives from Morakniv, Sweden show examples of Morakniv for the public. Survival expert, bestselling author, and TV-star Dave Canterbury is there giving his reviews of the Morakniv Garberg, as well as holding workshops with our newest star in obvious focus.

Delivery of Morakniv Garberg is expected to start during Q2 2016. Please note that this is when the knives are being delivered from our factory in Mora. Time for shipping and handling at individual distributors are to be added.

Morakniv – Made in Mora Sweden since 1891
