Stockholm, 22 November 2011 – NEC Display Solutions Europe’s competition to give five lucky European schools a €15,000 display technology makeover is approaching its 30 November submission deadline.

Better technology in the classroom can be a tremendous aid to teachers and create a more memorable and engaging experience for learners. Those bastions of learning that feel their classrooms could do with an upgrade can enter the competition by sending a video to NEC - under the theme of ‘Why does our School need to upgrade the classroom?’ - depicting their technology-deficient classroom.

The five selected winners will receive a choice of €15,000 of NEC Display Solutions products each to outfit their classrooms. Models include Ultra Short Throw solutions, Interactive Whiteboard kits, Multi-Purpose Eco Projection solutions, 3D Projection packages and high brightness systems ideal for larger venues. High quality desktop displays for classrooms and offices and public displays for delivering messages to the entire institution are also available.

The competition is open to any registered learning institution within the European Union. Entry videos must be no longer than five minutes and can be uploaded at the following website – www.nec-display-solutions.com/educampaign

NEC will select the winners in January 2012.
