Netigate Elevates Three to New Roles in Continued Expansion of Offering

The new roles comes as part of a strengthening of Netigate's offering in Customer Experience, Employee Experience and Market Research.

Alexandra Drottler takes on the position of Program Manager for Employee Experience and Johan Montano as Program Manager for Customer Experience. Rainer Schätzlein, based in the Frankfurt office, will assume the responsibility of Program Manager for Market Research. All three will take the lead in shaping Netigate's offering and advising customers on best practices.

“I’m thrilled to give some of our more experienced employees the opportunity to become evangelists in their respective fields,” said Netigate CEO Saeid Mirzaie. “The key areas of Employee Experience, Customer Experience, and Market Research are critical for Netigate as we continue to expand our offering throughout Europe.”

Alexandra Drottler joined Netigate as a Senior Insight Consultant in March 2017. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the research industry, including working at the prestigious global market research firm Ipsos. Drottler has broad experience working in both the private and public sectors, and over the years has gained valuable knowledge about customer and employee loyalty projects.

“I’ve had a deep interest in Employee Experience throughout my career,” Drottler said. “EX is an important strategic priority for many companies today, and I’m keen to help grow that discipline here at Netigate.”

Johan Montano has over 10 years of experience within research and survey software solutions, most recently as a Senior Project Manager and Product Owner at 3S. Montano has led several international survey projects on a wide range of topics, consulting for both B2B and B2C clients.

“Customer insight is at the core of any successful business,” Montano said. “I believe that Netigate’s increased focus on Customer Experience solutions will help our clients take their customer relationships to the next level. I am looking forward to contributing with my experience and as a new hiree I am also hoping to bring a fresh perspective to the table.”

Schätzlein started as Head of Professional Services Consulting for the DACH region in January 2016, and for the last year he has been the Managing Director Professional Services in Germany, based in Frankfurt.

“Even after almost 20 years working in Market Research, I’m continually fascinated by how this field is continuing to innovate,” said Schätzlein. “I’m excited to develop custom-tailored research designs for our Netigate customers.”

With these three new roles, Netigate takes another step towards establishing itself as the leading feedback solution provider in Europe, covering solutions for Employee experience, Customer Experience and Market Research.
