Oaxen Krog & Aquavit London
On March 13th, Londoners will be treated to a Michelin-starred feast, created by two powerhouses of Nordic cuisine. Oaxen Krog’s Creative Manager Magnus Ek and chef Stephen Lancaster will join Aquavit and Executive Chef Henrik Ritzén to collaborate on a special menu inspired by their Swedish heritage.
Diners will have a rare opportunity to sample Magnus Ek’s signature style as part of the special six-course menu, with some dishes incorporating native Swedish ingredients brought to London especially for the occasion, such as potato miso and forest capers. Aquavit´s Henrik Ritzén’s dedication to authentic, Nordic-inspired cuisine, using high-quality, seasonal ingredients will complete this showcase of the best Scandinavian fare.

Oaxen Krog & Slip is found on the island of Djurgården in central Stockholm. Oaxen is divided in two restaurants: The "Slip", a casual Swedish bistro, and "Krog" where you can experience fine dining. Both restaurants have a clear focus on Swedish, locally sourced and seasonal flavors. Besides the two restaurants there is "The Club Room", for private dinners and meetings and also our hotel Prince van Orangiën,a very prestigious vessel and probably Stockholms most charming hotel.
