Pepins in a unique IPO with the gaming company Paradox Interactive

Pepins a Swedish investment crowdfunding company plans an IPO with the computer gaming company Paradox. The IPO is named “IPO the Paradox Way” and combines listings on Nasdaq First North Premier with equity crowdfunding through Pepins. Totally an expected SEK 100 MM will be offered at Pepins.

Everyone can subscribe for shares in Paradox through Pepins Investment Crowdfunding platform according to the principle first come, first serve. The confirmation of the allocation will be immediate. Payments will be performed directly either via credit card or bank transfer. This is a new way of doing an IPO and we hope it will set a new and more fair structure for when companies are listed on public exchanges. The first subscription day is scheduled for the 3rd May when it will be possible to subscribe for Paradox shares on www.pepins.com.

Paradox wanted, in connection with the planned listing on Nasdaq First North Premier, a different method to conduct their IPO by first and foremost reach out to fans, employees and other with a long term interest in the Company. “IPO the Paradox Way”. Paradox’ turnover in 2015 was SEK 604MM and the profit before tax was SEK 242MM.
