Market-leading metropolitan real estate company launches Web TV

Erik Olsson launches video introductions to all their estate agents.

Erik Olsson has launched their new website which includes a host of superb video content.  The range of video; from an introduction to the new site, individual property viewings, interviews with satisfied customers, highlights of features in city areas to a personal video introduction from all the estate agents, marks the most significant launch of video on any estate agencies website in the Nordics.

The purpose of the new site is to make it substantially more personalized for the end-user.  A particularly unique feature is a brief video introduction to many of the personnel - giving the user a first impression of the estate agent.

Karin Carlsson, Marketing Manager for Erik Olsson Fastighetsförmedling, said ”Video is a major theme on the new site, and the support from Screen9 and Gorilla Media has been first class.  The videos allows us to clearly communicate our brand and add value to the buyers and sellers with a host of content.  In particular the videos of our estate agents – not only were they great fun to film, but the resulting introductions give sellers the opportunity to connect with their estate agent, before even the first face-to-face meeting.”

Gorilla Media, who have been producing video content for TV and online media since 1995, has been responsible for producing the new content.

Frank Dandenell, business owner of Gorilla Media, said “Looking back over time we’ve produced both content and delivery solutions, which is both fun and challenging.  In this project with Erik Olsson Fastighetsförmedling, the volume and specialization of video content demanded a delivery provider with great technical expertise.  Having a stable partner such as Screen9 has enabled us to concentrate on the creative and technical aspects during shooting and post production.”

The next stage will be to broaden the reach of video, for example delivering to multiple devices and further taking advantage of the full capabilities of the Online Video Platform (OVP).
