PBS Malmö in London for LadbrokesCoral Sportsbook PI-8 Planning

The Ladbrokes team in Malmö is part of LadbrokesCoral Sportsbook SAFe initiative and they spent 3 days in London to plan for the next Program Increment together with all other Sportsbook partner teams. Almost 200 people and more than 20 development teams joined to spend one day to reflect upon the work that was completed during PI-7 and then moved into a two-day session of planning for the PI-8.

The possibility of having everyone, and this includes senior management, at the same place during the refinement and planning and using the SAFe framework to organize the event makes for a much better plan and commitment for all teams in this collaboration.
