Sagem Communications har undertecknat ett varumärkeslicens-avtal med Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) att utveckla och marknadsföra en ny produktlinje med Xerox-märkta telefaxprodukter.

Inom det 4-åriga licensavtalet, kommer Sagem Communications att erbjuda ett heltäckande utbud av telefax produkter, baserade på olika trycktekniker: termo-transfer, bläck och laser.

"Genom att kombinera styrkan i Xerox varumärke med Sagem Communications teknik räknar vi med att ytterligare stärka vår position på marknaden, särskilt inom kontorsförsäljningskanaler ", säger Patrick Sevian, VD för Sagem Communications."

De Xerox-märkta faxprodukterna kommer att distribueras via Sagem Communications omfattande försäljningskanaler i Europa, Latinamerika, Afrika och Mellanöstern med början under våren. Båda företagens engagemang för kvalitet redovisas i licensavtal med bestämmelser för att upprätthålla högsta standarder i hela produktens livscykel.
