Success for Scandinavian Photo store opening

Yesterday Scandinavian Photo opened it’s sixth store in Scandinavia – and the store opening was a success. About 100 people was queuing since early morning to see the new store concept and take part of opening offers.

On May 6 at. 10:00 the store opened its gates and about a hundred customers queued outside the store - the first in line was in place at. 07:00. The store opening attracted a lot of people in the photo industry who were curious about the store and the new store concept that was presented.

- The new store in Stockholm is part of our continued expansion, and by the central location, we are available for more as well as new customers, says Lars Bonander, CEO of Scandinavian Photo.

In the new store, customers get the opportunity to touch and try products without requiring the assistance of a salesperson. The store houses a gallery where the first exhibitor is street photographer Mats Alfredsson. There is also a well-equipped studio that customers will be able to borrow.

The shop on Sveavägen offers extended opening hours, and opening deals are available until Sunday.
