New collaboration with Safello

Shifo is selected for Bitcoin enabled donation campaigns.

Yesterday, the Swedish company Safello launched a new fundraising page enabling worldwide giving through Bitcoin donations. Shifo is one of the first three charities chosen to run campaigns supported by Safello.

With Every Child Counts campaign in Uganda Shifo aims to improve the lives of 2.2 million people living in the Busoga Region of Uganda. Safello is supporting the campaign and we are looking forward for the  Bitcoin community to join the cause. 100% of the donations through the Safello’s Bitcoin donation page goes to fund the project.

The funds raised will support the implementation of MyChild information and support system in Busoga. MyChild System enables health personnel to register and follow up on every child's vaccination plan. This is done to ensure that children can complete their vaccination plans on time.
