Sitecore Cited as a Strong Performer for Digital Customer Experience by Independent Research Firm
According to Forrester, Sitecore received the second
highest score among all vendors for product strategy and ranked in the top three for current offering. Forrester further states that Sitecore is among vendors “that enable marketing and business teams to use WCM in conjunction with other components of the digital experience ecosystem to support rich, interactive, multichannel customer experiences.”
In addition to its position as a Strong Performer, Sitecore received the top score among all vendors for Engagement under its current offering. Within the Engagement category, Sitecore received the highest score possible for mobile presentation and search engine optimization. Furthermore,
Sitecore’s product strategy ranked second highest among all vendors while content authoring and e-forms received the highest possible scores.

experience is consistent and workflows are integrated.”
