Hotel Apartments and Serviced Apartments.

This summer, we rebranded StayAt. The name StayAt Hotel Apartments was changed to simply StayAt, a collection name for our concepts Hotel Apartments and Serviced Apartments. Our two accommodation solutions are designed to suit your needs as well as those of your co-workers. Here’s a short summary of what differs the two concepts.

Hotel Apartments suit the independent traveller who wants feel at home but still enjoys the comfort of hotel service. Here, we can offer fully equipped kitchens, standard weekly cleaning – with optional daily cleaning and breakfast, a social hub in our Living Room with regular events for both children and adults. Ideal for guests who stay up to 30 days, or those who wants to stay longer and are looking for a full serviced living.

Should you not need 24-hour reception and breakfast buffet but settle for bi-weekly cleaning, then Serviced Apartments is a suitable option. Most of our guests at Serviced Apartments stay for 90 days or longer. Kista Serviced Apartments is strategically located in the same complex as Kista Galleria, with 180 shops, restaurants and cinemas – and a stone’s throw away from the subway, which will take you to Stockholm City Centre or Arlanda in 20 respectively 25 minutes. Serviced Apartments suits those who wish to stay a little longer, from one month up to six months.
