Storegate delivers a unique cloud solution for AS Eesti Telekom in Estonia (TeliaSonera).

Storegate is delivering services for cloud storage to yet another TeliaSonera company - AS Eesti Telekom in Estonia. Storegate is already delivering services for cloud storage to TEO in Lithuania and Lattelecom in Latvia, both part of TeliaSonera Group.  

The solution for AS Eesti Telekom (trademark "Elion" in Estonia) is unique since the SOSA (Storegate Online Storage Applicaton) platform will be integrated into Suhtlus.ee. Suhtlus.ee is a cloud service where Elion customers can manage all their digital communications and information such as emails, contacts, text messages, phone calls and more. With Storegates SOSA platform the customers demand for storage and backup in the cloud are also solved. 

- We chose Storegate because we have high demands for integration in our Suhtlus.ee platform, says Alar Vares, IT development manager at Elion. "Through the open interfaces that SOSA offer we can customize the storage services in a way that makes them a natural part of Suhtlus, which is important for the customer experience." 

Storegate will install SOSA locally at Elion which also means that all storage is locally in Estonia. 

- We have worked closely with Elion for a long time to get all the pieces in place. For us, Elion is an important customer within the TeliaSonera Group since Suhtlus hopefully will be used by other operators in the group in the future, says Stefan Ivarsson, Sales Director at Storegate.
