Svenska kaffemästaren öppnar kaffeskolan i Göteborg

Australian ex-pat and two-time Swedish Barista Champion, Steven Moloney, has just opened a coffee school in central Gothenburg. Fresh from his top 20 placing at the recent World Barista Championship in South Korea, Steven is bringing world class coffee education to Gothenburg.

The courses are located in central Gothenburg under the name Kaffekurs.se and combines years of experience training professional and home baristas how to brew better coffee in a relaxed, approachable and fun way. They offer a tasting and course about specialty coffee, and a comprehensive and in-depth barista course, both developed over a number of years, collaborating with a number of prize winning roasters and baristas. The courses are perfect for everyone from total newcomer to coffee, caffeine enthusiast to experienced baristas looking to take their skills to the next level.

Steven have been living in Sweden since 2012 working predominantly in the specialty coffee industry with some of the best coffee roasters in Scandinavia. He is also the founder of The Barista League, a barista competition and event that is now one of the most sought after and exciting events in both Europe and the USA.
