Tielman Sweden AB acquires 70% of Danish Fin Form A/S.

Tielman Sweden AB with its subsidiary in Canada, and now with acquisition of Fin Form in Denmark, takes a stronger global presence supplying Processors, Bakeries, Distributors and Retailers with full range of bake-able packaging solutions for pastries!

"This is strategically important and a good opportunity for the Tielman Group to better serve our growing customer base and increase our market share within all our customer segments and business areas", says Björn Tielman, co-founder and CEO of Tielman Sweden.  

Tielman Sweden AB has been developing and manufacturing environmentally friendly paper baking cups/containers for the Bakery Industry since 1930. With the acquisition of Fin Form, the Tielman Group will open up for a wider product range covering both standard functional packaging and premium, tailormade, designed packaging solutions.

The production in Denmark will remain, current CEO Michael Nielsen will continue to lead the company and we expect that this merger will lead to further growth in all our production facilities.
