Trig kommenterar pågående tvist

Att Trig och Richter ingått ett bindande avtal om överlåtelse av aktierna i zebraplace är enligt Trigs uppfattning ostridigt. Vad som skett därefter är att Richter inte levererat aktierna i zebraplace som avtalat utan istället grundlöst hävt avtalet. Det är detta som tvisten som nu ligger i domstol handlar om. Trig har fått kvarstad på aktierna som kronofogden har verkställt.

I det svaromål, som Richter genom sitt ombud, lämnat in till domstolen och som enligt Trigs uppfattning är ytterst osakligt och skrivet med syfte att försöka påverka målet genom att smutskasta Trig och olika personer knutna till Trig, har framställts en rad direkt felaktiga påståenden. Ett av påståendena handlar om en hyrbil som Richter påstår att Anthony Norman disponerat privat under en tid och att han skulle försökt belasta zebraplace denna kostnad. Så är inte fallet utan hyrbilsföretaget fakturerade zebraplace felaktigt. Kostnaden har dock i sin helhet privat betalats av Anthony Norman och har inte belastat vare sig zebraplace, Trig eller något annat bolag.

Trig har vidare framfört samma erbjudande som Richter erhöll om att köpa resterande aktier i zebraplace. Då Richter valt att inte fullfölja avtalet har Trig valt att avbryta detta förfarande och återkalla erbjudandet. Detta kan enkelt verifieras.

Trig kommer att bemöta Richters påståenden i det pågående målet. Trig överväger även att vidta åtgärder mot både Richter och dennes ombud advokat Viktor Magnell på TörngrenMagnell Advokatbyrå med anledning av vissa av de framförda påståendena som utgör direkta lögner och som givetvis aldrig borde ha framförts i domstolen eller någon annanstans och som enbart framförts offentligt i syfte att förorsaka skada och försämra ryktet.

With reference to the  dispute between Trig Media Group ”Trig” and Joakim Richter concerning Trigs purchase of Richters shares in zebraplace AB and the article that was published in Realtid today, Trig wishes to put forward the following comments and corrections in relation to directly wrongful information.

That Trig and Richter has entered into a binding agreement regarding the acquisition of the shares in zebraplace is according to Trig undisputable. What has happened thereafter is that, Richter not has delivered the shares (breaching the contract) and instead unjustified terminated the agreement.

This is the dispute before the court. Trig has sued Richter and has received a decision in Trigs favor to have the shares in zebraplace seized and the Swedish bailiff has seized the shares. The response to the court as filed by Richter through his attorney, contains utterly irrelevant and wrongful information which seems to be written with the sole aim to try to effect the case by smear of Trig and by defamation of persons connected to Trig.

The many wrongful and untruthful statements in the response will be dealt with by separate legal actions against Richter and his lawyers.

Trig will also respond to Richters statements in the case. Trig is also considering taking action against Richter and his attorney at law Mr Viktor Magnell at TörngrenMagnell Advokatbyrå (law firm) due to some of the statements made that are direct lies and never should have been made in court or elsewhere as the smallest of research or verification would have confirmed these statements to be false and in our view were solely designed to put in the public domain to cause damage and a reduction of reputation.
