Troax clever door kit for machine guarding saves valuable resources for our customers

Troax machine guard has always maintained the highest standards in both quality and functionality; this is a result of extensive experience, talented employees and the desire to always find better solutions for our customer.

Josephine Granell, Product Manager Automation and Robotics at Troax AB, says:

- “Imagine you’ve invested in a machine guard. After some time, the production changes or something needs to be moved. In order not to interrupt the manufacturing process a quick and smart solution is needed as the door is not in the right place. This is where the Troax door kit comes into play.

- Once again we have listened to the market and to our customers' needs and developed a smart and efficient door-kit, which fits all our existing panel types for machine guarding. It has never been as easy to create a door within an existing installation, as it is now”, continues Josephine.

Simply remove the existing panel, install our Troax door kit, re-assemble
the panel in position. Done.

Josephine adds, “You start by removing a panel from the existing machine guard, and then easily switch the existing brackets with hinges, assemble a door stay at the top and a door stop. To finish, choose the right kind of locks for your production process and the door is complete. Quickly and easily you’ve created a secure and strong door from an existing mesh panel”.

Freedom of choice and maintained strength

“As always, Troax Machine Guard systems and solutions are very flexible. The door kit reinforces this, permitting even more freedom of choice – as in the example above – allowing the customer to change the position of a door even after the installation is complete. All this without having to move posts or order additional panels. The system continues to maintain our renowned high quality standards, saving both time and money for our customers”, finishes Josephine.
