Unimedic Pharma® Announces Extension of Licensing Agreement with Martindale Pharma to include Emergency Care Product Portfolio

• Extends successful partnership on Adrenaline ampoules
• Strengthens partnership and leverages Unimedic Pharma Sales & Marketing capabilities
  in the Nordic Territories

Unimedic Pharma, the Sweden based specialty pharma company today announced a new agreement with its strategic partner Martindale Pharma for its Emergency/Intensive Care sterile ampoule products in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The products will be available in the end of 2017 or beginning of 2018.

Under the new agreement, Unimedic Pharma will launch three undisclosed products. This builds on the long term relationship between the companies in all Nordic countries which has seen Unimedic Pharma successfully commercialise a Martindale Pharma adrenaline ampoule product in Sweden. The Companies will work together on regulatory and supply chain activities leading to the launch of the products.

Unimedic Pharma is the lead commercialisation partner in Nordic region for Martindale Pharma. In addition to the Emergency Care portfolio, Unimedic Pharma is working with Martindale Pharma commercialising its opioid addiction portfolio in the region.
