PwC Fun and Charity Run

Urban Tribes is proud to be a part of PwC's corporate "Fun and Charity Run" on May 15th.

As some of you might know, PwC is very much a part of Lidingöloppet by being one of the largest sponsors of the cross-country race. In addition to being a sponsor, they also arrange for many of their employees, clients and partners to train for the event.

Since 2011 they've also arranged a private corporate race to better team spirit and foremost to keep a healthy and happy workforce. The first couple of years the race was held at Solvalla, but has since been moved to Stadion. It's not a track race though, as runners get to experience the lush Lill Jans-skogen with its unforgiving trails and paths. The race is also for a good cause - for every 1000m a participant runs or walks, PwC will donate 25kr to UNICEF's project "Education and equality". This project serves to give children all around the world a chance to an education - especially girls who typically don't get the opportunity to go to school.
