Paulig Group implements Verismo HR

A fast growing number of companies are realising the advantages of implementing an HR solution. Family business Paulig Group chooses the talent management solution Verismo HR. The first module contains amongst other things advanced organisation management and reporting tools and is already up and running.

The Implementation

Paulig Group came to the decision to implement Verismo HR through a selection process where functionalities like organisation management, performance management, compensation & benefits, management by objectives and reporting tools were discussed. The implementation process was initiated through needs analysis and workshops, where the optimal module package and its processes were tailored to suit Paulig’s needs.
