Zebor Technology announces its new Chairman of the Board

Zebor Technology is delighted to announce the appointment of Bjorn Berg as the new Chairman of its Board decided on a meeting held on 25th of September. Bjorn replaces the founder Berth-Olof Bergman who becomes a regular member, in addition to his position as CTO in the company.

Bjorn Berg has been serving Zebor Technology as an Independent Director of the Board since early 2011. Bjorn is an experienced investor and leader of high-tech companies and has worked as R&D manager, CEO and Chairman of companies in the embedded industry. Bjorn specializes in financing and business development in growth and innovations driven companies.

As a Chairman, Bjorn will now lead the Board that oversees Zebor Technology's finances, policies and procedures, programming, and strategic planning.

The Swedish company Zebor Technology is focusing on solving the PC-performance problem with their two products, ZBIOS which radically improves start-up times and ZDOS which increases run-time performance and thereby power consumption.

Zebor is a start-up company based in Kista, Stockholm, founded by experienced industry experts and financed by several strong owners, among them Sting Capital and Cueva Holdings, together with the Management and Board
