Motiveringen är att Caroline på ett strukturerat och insiktsfullt sätt drivit produktledningsarbetet, i sin roll som ansvarig för produkter som vänder sig till Arbetsgivare i Sverige, med ett inspirerande engagemang och fokus tillsammans med sina medarbetare.

The Golden Sock Award överlämnades vid Produktledardagen den 23/3, den årliga konferens då produktledning för hightech branschen möts för att fånga nya insikter och utbyta erfarenheter.

På Tolpagorni Product Management menar vi att karaktären Strumpmannen, superhjälte för "små problem" av Dan Höjer, representerar arbetssituationen för många produktchefer. Vi har därför initierat The Golden Sock Award för att ge ett erkännande för resultatet av de många vardagshjältar som kämpar inom produktledningsorganisationer på företag och organisationer.

En väl fungerande produktledningsfunktion är nyckeln till framgång för den fortsatta utvecklingen av världsledande produkter och lösningar. Detta har uppmärksammats även inom myndighetsvärlden där Arbetsförmedlingen Digitala Tjänster (ADT) är en föregångare på många sätt genom ett införande av rollen som produktansvariga. Som produktansvarig ansvarar du för innehållet i leveransen av olika värdeprodukter som stöttar de tjänster som Arbetsförmedlingen levererar till sina kunder. Detta nya sätt att arbeta där produktens livscykel och det värde den levererar över tid som fortfarande är under införande.Rollen som produktansvarig stöttas i tvärfunktionella team i samarbetet med utvecklingsavdelningen (IT) där agil metodik är i fokus.

Kraven på marknaden, både den privata och den offentliga, förändras snabbt över tiden och små och stora beslut måste fattas för att säkerställa fortsatt framgång för produkterna. Det är när produktchefen tar dessa steg och hanterar dessa ofta komplexa frågeställningar i samarbete med andra som framgången avgörs.

De övriga nominerade till utmärkelsen var Christophe Baraër, Chief Product Officer at Nexeven, Anders Collin, Product Manager at Preem AB.

Tolpagorni has worked together with our partner Coordination Arabia, based in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the creation of a Product management function at the manufacturing company Rowad Plastic – a company within the Tasnee group.
