MQ started working with QuizRR in 2015, initially with the Rights & Responsibility training at five factories. Now they are signing a new contract with QuizRR, scaling up the number of factories training with QuizRR and moving into the Worker Engagement and Wage Management training series.
When and why did MQ start working with QuizRR?
MQ pays great attention to CSR and we believe workers’ training is a very important part of our CSR commitments. We started working with QuizRR about three years ago and consider their digital educational solutions excellent for training of employees, enabling us to measure progress in a flexible, trustworthy and transparent way.
Have you seen any change in the way your factories manage the training of their workers since you joined the QuizRR training programs?
As of now, there are 14 factories in the QuizRR training program in China and Bangladesh, and we see a lot of positive feedback coming in from almost all factories. Before we started this work, the factories did not know how to train the workers, how to manage the training time or how to achieve relevant and transparent results. With QuizRR this has all changed and the factories now comment on how easy it is to use these new training tools.
What specific results have you seen from the training and what will happen next?
For example, after one of our suppliers joined QuizRR they found employee satisfaction going up significantly, making it easier to keep employees and recruit new ones. There is more stability now. So we consider QuizRR an excellent training program, and we plan to have more suppliers joining continuously.
