Millions of migrant workers risk exploitation and exposure to discrimination and human trafficking. This is a growing concern for companies in global supply chains. Buyers sourcing in Thailand want to ensure that employees in their supply chains are educated in labor rights and good employment practices, securing decent working conditions and ethical recruitment practices.

The QuizRR Thailand RR training, developed together with the Nordic Initiative, is designed to promote ethical recruitment practices for migrant workers and to improve working conditions in factories in Thailand. The training is available in Khmer, Burmese and Thai and is currently piloted in 10 factories.
