Redeye acted as financial advisor to Anoto
Redeye has acted as financial advisor and sole bookrunner in Anoto’s directed private placement of SEK 10.8m. The new shares were placed with Swedish and international investors through an accelerated book building procedure.
The private placement consisted of 13 000 000 new shares at a price of SEK 0.83 per share and the successful closure of the transaction was announced by Anoto on February 19.
The proceeds from the rights issue will be used to strengthen the company’s working capital and support the proposed acquisitions and consolidations of Destiny Wireless, We-inspire and Pen Generations.
