Award-winning National Geographic photographer exhibits at Sveavägen
Award winning Nigerian-American photographer Lola Akinmade Åkerström, based in Stockholm, has traveled to roughly 60 countries represented by National Geographic Creative. Scandinavian Photo and Galleri Duerr are proud to be the first gallery to exhibit Lola Akinmade´s Fine Art Prints at Sveavägen 20, Stockholm.
While in South Africa on assignment for National Geographic Channel, Lola was featured in the vignette “Through the Lens” which airs on Nat Geo channels across the globe. Her images have appeared in National Geographic Traveller, BBC, CNN and The Guardian, as well as in other high profile publications.
Scandinavian Photo and Galleri Duerr invite you to the opening reception in the presence of the artist at Wednesday, March 16 5-7 PM. The exhibition is printed by Scandinavian Photo Print.
The exhibition continues to April 24.
