The Interior Design company Christian Lundwall Architects (LWA) becomes Studio Kin

Christian Lundwall Architects have designed hotels all over the world for more than 30 years. Over the years hundreds of hotels have been designed for all the larger international hotel operators in over 30 countries on 4 continents.

With the name and profile change the former employees Joakim Bolle, Emma-Nora Hedberg and Laban Dalgren will come in as partners. Together they have over 50 years of combined experience from LWA. Johan and Markus Låstbom with extensive experience from the industry will also come in as partners. Christian Lundwall who founded the company in 1983 will continue working as Senior advisor. Christian is more than pleased with the new setup: I am convinced that our team is the right one to take on the new opportunities with a good mix of new individuals and people with a lot of experience from LWA. It was time for a change and I am happy to be able to be part of it says Christian. Johan Låstbom will be CEO of Studio Kin. I am very happy that we managed to make this change Johan says. I have known Christian and LWA since I was young and I have the greatest of respect for what Christian and LWA have achieved. Not many people in Sweden have that kind of impressive international network. When we got this opportunity and at the same time succeeded to keep Christian, Joakim, Emma-Nora and Laban it was an easy decision. It is a dream to work with such a competent team.

Along with the organizational changes we are also changing name to Studio Kin. LWA is a well known brand around the world but everything needs to be renewed from time to time and we feel that now is a good time and the new name fits our new offer very well. With the new profile we will focus more on Scandinavia but without sacrificing our international clients. I strongly believe that our international experience is something many Scandinavian customers can have great value from. We will also strengthen our conceptual services where we take a bigger responsibility in our projects and look at the whole picture and not only the interior design.
