We did it again - Stureplanskliniken named as Super Company 2010

Veckans Affärer and PAR have named the Super Companies of the year for the sixth time in a row from criteria such as growth, profit, capital structure and competitiveness in their respective sectors. Stureplanskliniken was elected as a Super Company in 2009, and has once again been nominated.

”The Super Companies are success machines,” says Per Weidenman, chief analyst at PAR. The Super Companies have created twenty per cent of the total share of new jobs in the last ten years.

The Super Companies are an exclusive group. This year 353 were qualified among the 250.000 existing public companies. To be qualified, it is not only a question of high and even growth – it takes a longterm growth of sales in combination with sustainable profitability, resource management and funding strategy.

On the 27th of October, the Super Companies gathered to receive diplomas. Four companies were interviewed on stage: Pyra Haglund, CEO Stureplanskliniken, Johan Greiff, CEO Elib, Moon-Suck Song, CEO Panagora Room and Christopher Bjercke, CEO Hunky Dory. The share of Super Companies with a female CEO is 8%, among them Stureplanskliniken. On the list of Super Companies this year, industries such as Company services, Health & Education and Retail have the highest representation of women on CEO positions.

Stureplanskliniken is the leader in Scandinavia for aesthetic laser surgery and nonsurgical aesthetic treatments, so-called minimally invasive procedures, and it has clinics in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Malmö and Copenhagen. Stureplanskliniken has grown every year since its start in 2002, despite the recession. The aesthetic market is growing in both Europe and the US, especially the minimally-invasive segment. Stureplanskliniken is profiled in the segment that is growing the most.
