2013-04-10 14:54 Project Playground On the 23rd and 24th of March, Project Playground held our second annual soccer tournament in Langa. Following the human rights day which was celebrated a few days prior, the tournament was a celebration of diversity and integration. Participating teams came from various places in Western Cape, 20 in total, all fighting fair and hard for the stunning prizes contributed by Adidas.

De cyklar på fritiden för att samla in pengar till Barncancerfonden. Vi kanske inte är så bra på att cykla, men kan vara med och bidra med vår tid och kunskap.

My mother was a single parent who had seven children. I am the sixth child. My mother passed away when I was 10 years old and left us with our grandmother who passed away two months later."

Focusing on social studies and development studies, their ending project was perfect to take place at Project Playground. 2013-03-06 17:26 Project Playground Thando, one of our soccer boys, lost both his parents when he was 15 years old, now living with his mother’s cousin and her children. Only one member of the family works and the mother is getting disability grant. The foster care grant was stopped since Thando stopped attending school.

I’ve had a fantastic time here at Project Playground. It’s been an incredible experience. Three months of extreme happiness, laughter, tears and love. I wish everyone could see and experience the love that you find here at PPG.
