Heuristics of Design – John Sjölund’s talk at the IDF Congress in Dubai

The CEO of Timesulin, John Sjölund, was invited to deliver a presentation on the heuristics of design at the IDF’s World Diabetes Congress in December 2011. His talk focused on patient-led design and how these principles were engaged to create Timesulin – a simple product that addresses a global daily need, but which requires no change in the users’ habits, doesn’t need to be programmed and is affordable.
