On August 25 2011 RIM announced the winner of its BlackBerry Challenge, a mobile application developer competition held at leading Nordic media convention The Conference in Malmö. App submissions were created for the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet and/or BlackBerry smartphones. The winner, an interactive tourism app called ‘Enjoy Sweden’, was awarded the top prize based on multiple criteria.
